Remove duplicate IEntity, Entity, ITransaction, IUnitOfWork, EfRepository,
EfUnitOfWork, EfTransactionAdapter — now consumed from HrynCo.DAL.Abstract
and HrynCo.DAL.EF packages (1.0.1).
