Anatolii Grynchuk f7c35671b7 fix: correct smtp ssl negotiation mode per port 
- Port 465: SslOnConnect (implicit SSL)
- Port 587 + UseSsl: StartTls (STARTTLS upgrade)
- UseSsl=false: None
